BIM Production
Full Revit model production and construction documentation. From concept to permit-ready document sets. We build and manage Revit models at any stage, from Schematic Design through Construction Documents, applying BIM workflows to keep every document set coordinated and clash-free. AutoCAD production is also available for offices working outside BIM. Our team produces complete, coordinated document sets ready for permitting, bidding, or construction. We handle redlines, markups, and revisions fast and clean, following your office standards, templates, and naming conventions from day one. Working knowledge of US building codes, zoning regulations, and American construction systems.

BIM Development
From clash detection to office-wide standards, we cover the full BIM scope.
We coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models using Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and your preferred platform. Beyond project-level coordination, we act as your embedded BIM Manager: authoring BIM Execution Plans, defining standards and protocols, developing templates, creating families and reference manuals, and managing platform access.

Project Management

Visualization
& Renderings
From your Revit model or early sketch, we produce presentation-quality visuals for client approvals, design reviews, and developer pitches. Our visualization team works in Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, Rhino, and 3ds Max. Delivering still renderings, walkthroughs, and real-time interactive models. Every visual is calibrated to the stage of the project: concept-level for early conversations, photorealistic for final presentations.
